The details of the package we have put together for the fan club are below However, due to the sheer number of people asking for more information then it may take a little time before we can call you back We're holding hotel space and tickets for the show for 2 nights in Gothenburg - Friday 25th and Sat 26th July. The only 3 airports that fly directly from The Uk to Gothenburg are Stansted and Presitwick & Heathrow We are concentrating on Stanstead with Ryan Air - there are 2 flights outwards - 12.10pm and 18.15pm out and 2 flights back 15.25pm and 21.20pm. And Prestwick with Ryan Air 1 flight out 14.00hrs on the 25th and 1 flight back on the 27th at 14.05pm. It is with these flight times that we have arranged transfers to and from the hotel to Gothenburg. Prices for these flights are currently around the £85pp return mark We have a choice of 4 hotels in Gothenburg The prices below are based on sharing twin/double rooms and include transfers from airport to hotel and hotel to concert. There are supplements for single rooms as detailed. However,single rooms are in short supply so it may be that after a while we can only offer twin rooms. Novotel City West Hotel 3* £ 210pp twin / double single rooms add £ 70pp Best Western Tiblom 3* £ 210pp twin / double single rooms add £ 60pp Hotel Flora City Centre 3* £ 250pp twin / double single rooms add £ 70pp Hotel Kirsten City Centre West 2* £ 200 twin / double single rooms add £ 50pp How to make it quicker for you and us We have to book all clients onto flights BUT if you wish to book your own lfights with Ryan Air then that's fine - go to www.ryanair.com and book your choice of flights as detailed above. THEN call us on 01733 571616 and we can look after the hotel and ticket part of the package. We only require £50pp deposit to secure this part - the balance is not due until end of April next year. As we said earlier we'll be trying to contact you ASAP today but it may take time - please bear with us
